1: What makes you different from XYZ Company?

Never-Enuff Internet and Computer Services prides itself on being a local/regional Fixed Wireless Internet Service Provider and computer repair shop. Our goal is to provide the very best services in the area. We have been in business for a long time—30 years as of October 12, 2024.

2: Why choose Never-Enuff Internet and Computer Services?

We go out of our way to ensure everything just works. We monitor all aspects of our network, and if a problem arises, we usually have it fixed or are in contact with the customer before they even know there was an issue.

3: Your pricing looks similar to other competitors. What is the difference?

At first glance, our pricing might seem similar, but the difference is that all equipment is included in the monthly fee. We do not charge for your router. We do not charge tax (not required in PA for internet service). We do not have price creep, and we do not add on anything you haven't asked for.

We also DO NOT use gimmicks! Think about it—if a provider has to bribe you with special offers or other gimmicks to get you to sign up, what does that say about their service?

4: Why do I have to use your router?

The reason we provide a router to all customers is simple: with security threats and hacking always evolving, most home users rarely update their routers or may not even know how to. By providing routers to our customers, we take care of updates and security patches as soon as possible.

5: Do I own the equipment?

No, Never-Enuff retains ownership of all provided equipment. But why? The simple answer is that if we own the equipment and something happens to it (power surge, failure, etc.), we replace it at no cost to you, ensuring you are back up and running quickly without any extra charges.

6: Can I install my own internet equipment?

Currently, not yet. We are working on a self-install kit. Once the customer installs it, we will come out and do the final dish alignment for a perfect signal.

7: Does the internet go out during a power outage?

Yes and no. The main internet does not go out, but unless you have a generator or backup power source, your home network will lose connection until power is restored.

8: How long has Never-Enuff Internet & Computer Services been in business?

Never-Enuff Internet & Computer Services has been in business since October 1994.

9: Where is Never-Enuff Internet and Computer Services' data center?

Great question! Never-Enuff has multiple data centers—some small, some larger—in multiple locations. This ensures there is never a single point of failure in our network.

10: Is Never-Enuff Internet & Computer Services part of a larger parent company?

Nope! Never-Enuff is, and always will be, privately owned by Dickie.

11: Are there any contracts?

Yes and no. Most of our service plans are month-to-month, but we also offer a few yearly contract plans at a slightly lower cost.

12: I game, stream on YouTube, or work from home. Do I need anything special?

No, just choose the appropriate package for your needs. Gamers, streamers, and remote workers typically require higher upload speeds compared to the average home or small business user.

13: Does Never-Enuff Internet and Computer Services have price creep?

NO, NEVER! And no gimmicks!

14: Does Never-Enuff have any hidden fees?

No. Everything is disclosed to you and clearly listed on your monthly statement.

15: Company XYZ offers gift cards or other incentives for signing up. Does Never-Enuff?

NO! We don’t believe in bribes or gimmicks to earn your business.

16: Does Never-Enuff Internet and Computer Services charge tax on internet service?

No, internet service is not taxable in PA.

17: Do I need a credit card to sign up for Never-Enuff?

No, but there is a surcharge for non-auto-pay payments.

18: When I call your tech support / sales number, will I be sent to a off shore call center?

No, Our Tech Support and Sales Reps are right here in Pennsylvania and speak everyday English and are always glad to assist what ever your needs may be.

19: Why do we used fixed wireless over other types of internet medium?

Using fixed wireless is still plenty fast and keeps getting fast everyday.  Using fixed wireless also cuts down on other fees that we would have to pass along to our customers, saving you money.
